Halloween Kill Mobs
Every 90 minutes, a notification will pop up that Jack-o-Lantern is about to appear.
To enter the map and fight Jack-o-Lantern, you must talk to the NPC Head Researcher Wynn (located in the Free Market), choosing the Halloween Event option; then you must wait until the boss appears.
Each Jack-o-Lantern contains Halloween Candies and Halloween Special Box.
