- The act of exploiting the software or the game for any commercial purpose, including the buying or selling of items, mesos or services for money, barter or exchange in the real world, is prohibited.
- Borrowing/Lending of Donation Point or any items with a value in kind is not allowed in the game as it raises suspicions towards out-of-game transactions. (RMT = Real Money Trade).
- Multi-accounts in the game are only subject to a maximum of 2 accounts per user, if any user is caught using mules to abuse any system such as DP farming or other exclusive items, they could be permanently banned.
- Only one account is allowed to participate in the active game at any given time, be it events, mini-games, prize redemption, farming, trading, PQ's or others. The second account can be used for FM stores, fishing and storage. This rule applies to all accounts under the SAME IP/MAC, despite using multiple computers/devices.
- In case you use your second account to participate in MasterCup, Mini-Games or other CygnusMS features, the first account cannot be used again. If you are caught abusing and exploiting the system in any way, all your accounts will be sanctioned or penalized.
- It is strictly prohibited to use accounts of other users (whether borrowed, transferred or gifted). It is recommended not to log in or use accounts of other users (even if they are family, friends or acquaintances).
- Refunds for any accidental recycling under the @recycle command will NOT be provided.
- Refunds for any scrolling of Sengoku Badge with 250 slots, resulting to 9,999,999 (bugged) based stats (Str/Dex/Int/Luk) will NOT be provided.
- Be responsible with what you say and how you say it. The content you share in our community will always be authored by you. The quality of our conversations depends on our way of sharing arguments and opinions. Unfounded criticism impoverishes the dialogue.
- Promote through your behavior the rejection of any form of discrimination. For example, gender, age, ethnic, racial, religious, socioeconomic or any other type of discrimination. Do not attack people, whether they are users or not of our community.
- We believe in discussion on the basis of arguments and ideas. We reserve the right to moderate comments that contain insults and/or personal qualifications to the author, persons or other commentators.
- Respect the Spot of a user no matter what level he/she is.
- Always try to use the correct channel for the comment to write, it serves to maintain order within the community and avoid spamming in channels that were created exclusively for a specific topic.
- Avoid using hack, cheats, bugs, etc., that serve to take advantage of other users (only the use of macro, a tool that allows you to record mouse or keyboard movements, is allowed).
- Report any weird behavior and not be part of illegality, using or taking advantage of it directly or indirectly can cause permanent ban without appeal.
- Violation of any of the rules listed above will result in a warning, temporary ban or permanent ban depending on the severity of the infraction.
- All violations will be recorded and stored as necessary to enforce these rules.
- It is forbidden to spam / harass discord players to offer services that have not been advertised on discord. Any offer like Gacha Lv9999 can only be offered in-game; messages can only be sent on discord if the same user has posted in a channel about the offer in discord. If this rule is broken the user will spend hours in jail without being able to play and if it is recurrent will appeal to permanent ban.
- The act of exploiting any type of bug/error, documented or not, in the game design or the use of third party programs with the intent to duplicate items, will lead to a penalty, either jail or permanent ban depending on the severity.
- The abuse and/or act of attempting to, or successfully circumventing, voting restrictions may result in a permanent ban.
- Avoid sexual harassment and/or harassment that has to do with respect or any other type, and that can lead to a permanent ban from the server, as long as the person reports it or another person has proof.
- CygnusMS is not responsible for the loss of items in its Personal Store, if the user is violating any of the rules and is sanctioned with 24hr JAIL. The first warning is JAIL, the next is PERMANENT BAN
- If you were penalized (with JAIL), and a member of the CygnusMS Staff finds you breaking the rules again, the degree of the penalty will increase drastically up to a permanent ban of all your accounts. That is why you must remember that you are only allowed to use two accounts.
- Any user found using a Personal Shop or a normal Chair, where he obstructs/hide (even if it is on the side) a portal, npc or arrow guide, ladder or rope, in the Free Market or another map, will be automatically disconnected from his account without notice. They have enough space on the map to use their objects.
- Any type of fraudulent bidding or bidding by a user for any type of item in a Personal Shop is strictly prohibited and will result in a sanction and even a permanent ban.
- To fulfill your PENALTY, your character must be connected until the end of your sanction time, and only with the maximum number of accounts allowed (2 accounts), otherwise your penalty may increase and even reach a permanent ban.
- If you accept gifts or exchanges with a high or significant value without any reason or justification (high priced items or large quantity items), you should contact the Cygnus Staff and report them, as it may be a possible duplicator of items or hack/abuse of the system. In case you keep or use those items when the main account is banned, there is a possibility that your account will also be affected with a permanent ban.
