By registering a gaming account with CygnusMS, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
CygnusMS staff reserves the right to: (at any time)
- Change any term or condition within this agreement.
- Change the game, including terminating, deleting, supplementing, modifying, adding or discontinuing any content, information or feature of the game, or the times at which the game is available.
- Change the equipment, hardware or software necessary to use or access the game.
- Failure to comply with the Terms of Use will result in a permanent ban, unless otherwise stated.
- You are entitled to a ban appeal which may reverse or shorten the ban.
- General rules :
- Discrimination, harassment, bullying : Promote through your behavior the rejection of any form of discrimination. For example gender, age, ethnic, racial, religious, socioeconomic or other. Do not attack people, whether they are users or not of our community.
- Comments : Be responsible with what you say and how you say it. The content you share in our community will always be your own. The quality of our conversations depends on our way of sharing arguments and opinions. Unfounded criticism impoverishes the dialogue.
- Staff members : The GM rank has the following tasks: support, inform, moderate the discord server and the game. Refrain from asking for items or helping to level up.
- Map ownership : Respect the Spot of a user whatever the level is. Partying is allowed, as long as the current "owner" of the spot allows it.
- Advertising : Advertising of other private servers on the CygnusMS network is strictly forbidden. This includes the game, discord and our forum.
- Game rules :
- Transactions : When you make a transfer, we assume that all information you provide is legitimately yours. All purchases are final at the time of processing, where by making the payment, you agree to all terms and conditions, one of which is this point. You agree not to claim/apply for a chargeback/refund. You acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund in case of prohibition.
- Illegal Content : Avoid using hacks, programs, etc. that server to take advantage of levels and/or event items, unlike other users. Report any odd behavior and not be part of the illegality, using or taking advantage of it directly or indirectly can cause permanent bans without appeal.
- Duplication : The act of exploiting any type of flaw, unintended feature, game design flaw or using third party programs, with the intent to duplicate items or mesos, including knowingly possessing or soliciting illegitimate items or mesos.
- Voting Abuse : The act of attempting to, or successfully, circumventing the restrictions of voting no more than once per IP every 24 hours.
- Ban Appeals and/or Bans : If you have been banned, you have the right to appeal your ban. You must file the ban appeal within 7 days of the ban notice. Once a ban appeal has been formally denied, you lose the right to file subsequent appeals and may no longer participate in the CygnusMS network. You will not be allowed to attempt to play on other accounts while appealing a ban.
- Inactivity : All FREE accounts that are inactive for more than 3 months will be completely deleted and if it is a DONOR it is 6 months.
